How do I stop Facebook from using my data to train its AI?

In certain regions (like the EU/UK), you can opt-out via the Privacy Center. For others, you can limit the "public" visibility of your posts, as Meta primarily trains its AI on public content. Go to Settings > Privacy > Generative AI Features to see available opt-out forms.
