Why is the Trust score on ScamAdviser so sensitive to a single review on my page while ignoring seven negative reports on a competitor page? My rating fell to ninety instantly but they stay at a hundred despite their poor history. This unique situation is very frustrating for a small business trying to maintain a good name right now. @ScamAdviser
