How can a small business protect its ScamAdviser score when a single bad review from a rival drops it to ninety while they keep a perfect rating? They have seven negative entries and no positive ones yet the system does not seem to care. I am searching for a unique way to understand why my store is being penalized so heavily today. @ScamAdviser
