Where is the fairness in the ScamAdviser rating system when a competitor with seven negative reports keeps a perfect score while my shop drops after one attack? I am a small business owner dealing with this unique challenge and I need to know the cause. It seems very strange that a single review can have such a heavy weight today. @ScamAdviser
