How does the ScamAdviser system justify a perfect score for a rival with seven bad reviews while my own shop drops to ninety after one complaint? This unique discrepancy makes it very hard to trust the ratings when they seem so inconsistent for different users. I want to know what triggers such a large drop from a single negative post. @ScamAdviser
