How can someone solve the annoying Vanguard Not Initialized message that stops a game from starting up on a personal computer today? I am trying to find a simple way to get the system running without needing a lot of technical skill. It seems like the software just fails to load properly when the device is turned on right now. @League_of_Legends (LoL)
