Who can design a fault-shifter circuit interface that allows a 5V TTL output to drive a 3.3V CMOS input without any damage? The interface should tolerate 5V logic high while outputting no more than 3.3V plus a safe margin. This circuit must also be robust against possible faults to keep the downstream components safe and functional.
