When a competitor attacks my store with a bad review on ScamAdviser my Trust score drops to ninety while their own rating stays at a hundred. They have seven negative reports which suggests a unique bias in the way the data is processed by the site. I am looking for answers on how to handle this and restore my standing in the market. @ScamAdviser
