How do I get the "Recall" animation (Fire Crown/Seal of Anvil)?

These are limited-time "Epic Recall" effects. They are usually found in the "Limited Bundle" section of the Shop for 30-40 Diamonds per draw. There is no guarantee, and users often spend 2,000+ Diamonds to get them.
