How do I report a scam or unauthorized transaction?

Open the app, tap Help, and chat with Gigi. Select "I want to report a scam." GCash’s "Customer Protection Program" may compensate for unauthorized transactions if reported within 15 days, provided you didn't share your OTP/MPIN.
