What are the new IAB TCF v2.3 requirements for 2026?

By February 2026, all publishers serving ads to EEA and UK users must use a Consent Management Platform (CMP) that is certified for IAB TCF v2.3. Failure to comply will lead to ad serving being restricted in those regions.
